She is a master negotiator and her unparalleled attention to detail has resulted in substantial value increases and strong occupancy rates across the numerous properties under her supervision.

Stephanie's effective management is evidenced by the long-term retention of properties and robust tenant and owner relationships. Outside work, Stephanie, a New York native now based in Chapel Hill, enjoys traveling with her family.

With a wealth of leasing experience spanning over two decades at GFD since 2004, Nate excels in pre-development leasing, redevelopment, and ongoing leasing strategies, leveraging his extensive network within the retailer and brokerage communities. Holding licenses in NC, VA, TN, and PA, Nate's dedication to excellence is exemplified by his CCIM designation.

As an ICSC member, Nate is deeply committed to professional advancement. Drawing from his collegiate background as a former pitcher for the NC State Baseball team, Nate is determined to succeed in his role. He and his family reside in Raleigh, actively participating in the community.

Ann has been with GFD for over 17 years, starting as an Assistant Property Manager in 2007 and advancing to her current role as Director of Property Management. Her expertise lies in maximizing property values through strategic tenant negotiations and cost-effective management practices. Ann oversees a team of property managers, providing training in lease interpretation, budgeting, and risk management. She maintains strong tenant and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with lease and loan requirements. Ann holds a real estate license in North Carolina and is a member of ICSC. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and outdoor activities.

Vivienne is an experienced professional at GFD Management, joining in 2019 as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent. With a comprehensive background in both residential and commercial real estate, she holds real estate licenses in both NC and PA and is an active member of ICSC. Vivienne's unique perspective stems from her experience as a former retail business owner, giving her invaluable insights into negotiations from both sides of the table.

Originally from England, Vivienne proudly calls the USA her home. Besides her thriving career, she is a devoted mother to three grown children and finds joy in traveling, indulging her passion for driving her sports car, and spending quality time with her beloved dogs. Notably, Vivienne is an AKC trainer who has volunteered for a decade training service dogs for psychologically injured veterans, in addition to holding numerous leadership positions in multiple not-for-profits, proving her profound commitment to making a positive impact beyond the real estate industry.

Stacy is a skilled Graphic Designer and Leasing Coordinator who joined GFD Management Inc in April 2020. Before joining our team, Stacy earned a BA with a concentration in Graphic Design from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her career journey led her through diverse roles in New York, Germany, Hawaii, and Texas, where she served as a Typesetter/Graphic Designer, Public Affairs Specialist, and even owned and operated her own Photography Business.

Since establishing herself in Virginia, Stacy has transitioned into a part-time role, primarily focused on writing, document processing, and the continuous upkeep of our marketing materials. She takes on the responsibility of maintaining our website and infuses her creative touch into enhancing our marketing materials, ensuring they remain current and impactful both in digital and print formats. Outside of work, Stacy cherishes spending time with her family, exploring nature through hiking, and embracing any creative art project that comes her way.
